Other things to note NOTE: We do not offer a washer and dryer but across the street is a laundry bussiness with very reasonable prices and they wash, dry and fold all your clothes. - One Space parking We offer a dedicated parking space for sedans (No SUVs or Pickups). A $700 MXN cash deposit is required for the remote control, which is only charged in the event of a loss. If you wish to use it, please let us know in advance to reserve it.
