Charming, peaceful newly remodeled home in the heart of Aztec, NM. Just a couple blocks away from amazing restaurants, 550 brewery, stores, biking/hiking trails, and more. Perfect for a weekend getaway, business trip, family vacation, or cozy home base while exploring everything Aztec has to offer. This home has a detached playhouse and is a family friendly stay. The space Our newly remodeled home is just a couple of minutes to downtown Aztec, ~ 15-20 minutes to Farmington and about a 45 minute drive from the La Plata County Airport. Durango is only 30 minutes away. Living Space: The home has over 1200 sq feet with an open living/dining combo and lots of windows for natural sunlight. Our full-size galley style kitchen is fully stocked with pots & pans, electric stove, microwave, toaster, Keurig and pods, and other cooking essentials (olive oil, salt, pepper, spoons, cups, silverware, etc.). There is an electric fireplace for extra coziness during the colder months and evaporative cooling in the warmer months. Each bedroom also has its own personal heater, fan, and white noise machine. Beds: The main bedroom has one queen bed, 2 closets, and a small desk. The second bedroom also has one queen bed and another small desk/workstation as well. All beds have memory foam mattresses and high-quality linens to ensure a great nights sleep. Bath: There is one full size bath that is stocked with towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Internet: We have a designated workspace in each bedroom with high speed internet to the house. Outdoor Living: Our outdoor spaces offer extra fun and relaxation for your stay. Enjoy coffee on the back patio or relax and unwind in the hammock under the shaded trees. Our space also has a nice dining area for outdoor meals and a detached playhouse stocked with plenty of fun to keep the kids entertained. Guest access You have full access to the space for the duration of the stay. This includes the entire home, a shaded yard, a detached playhouse, and a cozy patio with outdoor dining area. Parking is on the street - less than 25 ft from the front door. A covered carport is also available located near the detached garage. Other things to note Service Animals: Please follow the Courteous Conduct and Cleanliness for Assistance Animals: Your Assistance Animal should not be left unattended at any time. Should that become necessary, you must have and use a crate for your Assistance Animal at all times while you are gone and provide them with sufficient food and water.
