The space Located in the sought after Cossawattee River Resort. This property is beautifully furnished with 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms plus a game room area. A fully equipped kitchen and full size washer and dryer are also located in this almost 2000 Square foot cabin. A large rocking chair front porch with large griddle and outdoor dining to watch the sunset and a large rear porch with couches to relax and watch the neighborhood deer! In the rear of the property a firepit to enjoy some drinks with friends or making smores with the kids. There's also a desk and great WiFi so that you can work remotely or the kids can finish school work in between spending time with the family. Great for Girls weekends, Bachelorette party, family reunion, or just getting away from the city and relaxing with your family. Guest access You will have access to the entire home. To have resort access pls ask for details. Some amenities are free and some you must purchase a pass. Other things to note Driveway looks steep, but is very easy to navigate in any vehicle. It is etched concrete all the way to the top parking pad. Extra parking space is gravel. Pool table is a bumper pool table, fireplace is a gas fireplace that is available October through the end of March.
