Cabin near the lake

Take a break and unwind in this rural cottage located on the second row of houses from the water, next to a large lake. 1 hour's drive from Stockholm, 75 minutes from Uppsala and only 15 minutes from Norrtälje city center. Nice sunsets are by the water 50 meters from the house and 2 beaches, the nearest of which is reached in 2 minutes, along the beach path. There is a toilet with a low-flush toilet in the house. NOTE: At the moment there is no shower in the house. In summer, there is an outdoor shower (under the open sky). The space The cottage is so close to the lake that there are glimpses of the lake from parts of the property and the house. In the cottage, to the west, is the living room that was added in the 80s. The dining room, which also leads to two smaller bedrooms, is located in the middle of the house and is the original part of the house, from the 1950s. The kitchen is a former porch that has been built in. The guest house across the courtyard houses the third bedroom. The cottage's kitchen is simply equipped for everyday cooking and grilling. On the flat plot you can play kubb, read a book in the hammock or just listen to birdsong. Hot water is available in the house. The outdoor shower has solar-heated water. At the community's land there are two swimming areas, one of which also offers the possibility of barbecuing and a smaller playground. Boules court and soccer field are available in the area. Kubb, boule set and soccer ball are available. The nearest swimming area is 2 minutes from the cottage, then you go to the right by the water. If you go to the left, the other swimming area is 5 minutes away. In 10 minutes by car you will find Norra Malma Nature Reserve and Viking village Storholmen. In Norrtälje, you can do all your shopping, including grocery shopping. If you want to discover Norrtälje, there are many nice restaurants in the city center. If you want to buy locally produced products such as fresh eggs, there is, for example, Vitsjökrogens farm, about 5 minutes from the cabin. Bring your own bed linens and towels or book them at an additional cost. Guest access Guests will have access to the main building, which has a well-designed 64 sqm. In the cottage, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed 140 cm and the other with a bunk bed 90 cm. Booking gives access to the entire plot, which is about 1,200 sqm, as well as the community's two swimming areas, boules court and smaller soccer field. Other things to note This is a smoke and vaping-free cottage and garden. The washing machine can be made available upon notification of the need for laundry before arrival.
