Located on the 4th floor of a typical Roman building with a glass elevator (please note: two short flights of stairs are required before reaching the elevator, as shown in the photos). The space is thoughtfully divided using open shelving and includes: • 🛏️ Sleeping area with a double bed (not divisible) • 🛋️ Living area with sofa (not a sofa bed) and Smart TV • 🍳 Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, moka pot, and washing machine • 🚿 Private bathroom with shower 🚲 Perfect for cyclists and bike travelers: you can safely park your bicycle in the building’s private inner garden at no cost. 🚗 Parking your car in the area can be difficult. Together with the house keys you will be given a remote control which allows you to use the lift. The remote control must be returned on departure together with the house keys. The loss and/or damage of the remote control and/or of the house keys requires the payment of 50 euros.
