The reservation fee is for 1-2 guests; $15 extra for each additional guests per day will be charged up to 4 additional guests after the first 2. The space 2-bedroom/2-bathroom, newly built & beautifully decorated Apt, which is fully equipped with all needed appliances. There is a Queen size bed in the main bedroom and a queen size bed and a full size sofa bed in the 2nd bedroom. There is cable TV (superior Plan with 100 mbps speed for internet); WiFi, smart TV (32 onches in each bedroom and a 50 inches in the living room (with Netflix) and a telephone which allows free calls from cell and LAN lines. You can make calls to LAN lines only within the Dominican Rep, Puerto Rico and the USA(URL HIDDEN) NOTE: The reservation fee is for 1-2 guests; $15 extra for each additional guests per day will be charged for up to 4 additional guests after the first 2. Guests who wish to check-in after 10PM or checking-out at 8AM or earlier will be subject to a $15 fee added to the reservation. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. NO toothpaste provided. Miguel, my property manager, is there to assist you, he can pick you up at the airport/drop you off for just $20; He can also serve as a taxi to other locations at lower fees than taxis. Guest access My property Manager will provide you with access to apt. Before your arrival, a photo ID of one of guests is required for complex access. There is security service 24X7. The security guard will grant you a visitor pass so you can easily enter/exit the complex. Please read the Complex's rules and regulations (posted on the refrigerator). Other things to note I can coordinate with a much cheaper car rental (w/ insurance, you pay deductible in case of accident) and/or taxi service with my property manager. Guests coming in after 10PM or arriving at 7AM or earlier will be subject to a $15 fee added to the reservation. I will provide one toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner and liquid body soap. dishwasher is also available. We have plenty of seasoning/spices for your use if you wish.
