The space In the house there is a large, spacious living room with sofa group and table. 65' Smart TV and a screen for CCTV. To the right after the entrance there is a large bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining private bathroom. In the bathroom there is a washing machine. The water supply can vary, which is why the washing machine is best used in the morning. There is also a water heater in the bathroom. Further in the house there are two further simple furnished bedrooms with double beds. A toilet with shower is adjacent to the bedrooms. Past the living room, there is a dining area adjacent to the kitchen, which is equipped with a gas stove, fridge/freezer, microwave and plenty of household utensils. At the back of the house there is a small patio if you want to cook outside. In the storage room behind the kitchen there is a grill, and plenty of bowls, buckets, cleaning materials including a vacuum cleaner. There is a simpler toolbox if something needs to be adjusted. At the front of the house there is a furnished veranda and garden with orange trees, bananas etc. which are free to pick at the right time of year. In the Yard there is also a washing area with a water hose. A very trustable caretaker is available if needed to help with various things.
