The space In the house, there is a large spacious living room with sofa and table. 65" Smart TV and a screen for CCTV. To the right after the entrance is a large bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom attached. In the bathroom, there is a washing machine. Water supply may vary, so the washing machine is best used in the morning. In the bathroom there is also a water heater. Further in the house there are two additional simply furnished bedrooms with double beds. A toilet with shower is available next to the bedrooms. Past the living room is a dining area adjacent to the kitchen, which is equipped with a gas stove, fridge/freezer, microwave and plenty of utensils. On the backside of the house there is a small patio if you want to cook outdoors. In the storage room behind the kitchen there is a barbecue, and plenty of bowls, buckets, cleaning materials including a vacuum cleaner. There is a simple toolbox if something needs to be adjusted. On the front of the house there is a garden with orange trees, bananas, etc. that are free to pick at the right time of year. On the property, there is also a laundry area with a water hose. A very reliable farmhand is available if needed who can help with various things.
