Here you can relax with the whole family and enjoy beautiful nature all year round. Perfect both in summer and winter. The space Just 16 km southwest of Uppsala city center, in the old agricultural parish of Dalby, you will find Villa Dalby. The house has two floors. The downstairs offers you a large lovely kitchen with all the necessities you need, living room with exit to the balcony, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, laundry room and hall. The upper floor offers 3 bedrooms, a living room and 1 bathroom. Downstairs: Start the morning with an excellent coffee, made in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoy the rest of the day. The fully-equipped kitchen is equipped with a toaster, coffee maker (Moccamaster), coffee machine (Nespresso) large fridge, large freezer, built-in dishwasher, electric oven, stove, microwave. There is a round 140 cm kitchen table with 4 associated chairs, more chairs can be accommodated if desired. The bright living room downstairs is well-furnished with two three-seaters, a coffee table, 40-inch TV, dining table with room for 8 people and a fireplace. The sofas can be used if more beds are needed. Balcony door from the living room opens out to the balcony overlooking the backyard. Bedroom 1 has a 140 cm bed. Desk and large wardrobes that provide generous storage space. Laundry room with both washing machine and dryer. Ironing board and iron are available for your convenience. On the upper floor, you will find bedroom 2, which has a double bed, as well as a large walk-in closet that provides generous storage space. The room also contains a seating area consisting of an armchair, a smaller coffee table and 2 dressers. Here you can enjoy a cup of coffee in bed while watching TV. Bedroom 3 has a double bed with room for two people and a chest of drawers. Bedroom 4 has a single bed with room for 1 person and a chest of drawers. There is a dining area for smaller children, a children's kitchen and toys available. In the living room upstairs there is a large cozy sofa and a 40-inch TV. The sofa can be used if more beds are needed. The bathroom upstairs has a shower, bathtub, sink and toilet. Villa Dalby offers a large balcony where you can enjoy the sun from early morning. The balcony has a large dining area for 10 people and a lounge area. There is a large portable umbrella, if guests prefer some shade, and a gas grill. The view is of fields and pastures. Here you live close to nature and in the mornings and evenings you can enjoy the peace and quiet. If you are lucky, you might catch sight of the deer munching on some apples in the garden in the evenings, or maybe some of the pheasants and hares passing by. Other: There are two TVs and fiber available. Various streaming services. A parking lot that can accommodate four cars. There is also the possibility to park in the garage for 2 cars.
