Newer apartment

I'm renting out my home. This is a newer apartment on the 1st floor with good standard. It has a sheltered and nice location with good sun conditions on the terrace. There is a short distance to the city center. There is also a short distance to the bus, train and grocery store. The countryside and nice hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity for those interested in the outdoors. Since it's my home I'm renting out, there will be a few items I can't remove, but otherwise the apartment will be tidy and clean until you arrive. Rented to non-smokers. The space You have the entire apartment at your disposal, apart from a guest room that is locked. Guest access As a guest you will have access to the whole apartment except for the guest room (locked) and garage. Other things to note The kitchen contains most of the equipment for cooking, except for a blender. In the fridge, I make room so you have room for your own food, but unfortunately I can't empty it completely as I live here regularly.
