Brand new king size bed, fireplace, tv, vanity/desk and large bathroom with soaker tub and shower provide everything you need. There's also a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster, dishes, keurig coffee maker and a selection of coffee pods, creamer and sweeteners. The space Nestled at the base of the Santa Rosa Mountains, this upstairs studio villa is set in La Quinta within a resort-style gated complex offering access to shared pools, hot tubs, and a large fitness center. Many dining, shopping, and golfing options are a short drive away. Sip on a cup of coffee in the morning from your private deck or stroll the lush, picturesque grounds. You can take a short walk to the Waldorf Astoria La Quinta Resort and Club next door for some great dining options and spa services. If you're feeling sporty you can go for a hike on the nearby Cove trails, golf or play tennis. Villa includes free coffee, Wi Fi and cable with a smart tv so you can access Netflix, Hulu, you tube, etc. The small kitchenette is stocked with a fridge, microwave, toaster, sink and coffee maker. Guest access Guests will have full access to all Legacy Villas amenities, including complimentary access to all pools, hot tubs, and on-site fitness center. Self check-in: you'll be provided a keyless door code to your own entrance making it extra easy to come and go during your stay. All guests names and license plate number will need to be provided for an access pass and parking. There is 1 parking stall with this unit. Registration number: 260298 The complex is a secure gated community and there are rules that apply to all who stay here to ensure safety and enjoyment for all. House Rules: Quiet time is 10PM - 7 AM No smoking inside unit please. Please respect your neighbor and keep tv and music to a reasonable volume. No parties or unregistered quests. Dogs are welcome (maximum of 2) but if they are a barker please don't leave them alone in the unit. If they do bark and there is a complaint you will be responsible for any noise violation fines. Keep dogs on leash at all times throughout the property and pick up after them. Other things to note The complex is a secure gated community.
