This fully furnished apartment is designed to make our tourists feel just like home by not making them feel they’re away from their home providing all the essentials and amenities. Our apartment is located in a prime location which is in the middle of Gulshan, Banani, Bashundhara, and Baridhara. Therefore it makes their trip more reliable and convenient to move anywhere for meetings, hangouts, ordering their favorite cuisine while chilling in our apartment with Netflix, etc. The space The interior of our apartment will remind our tourists of their home by not making them feel they’re away from home. They will feel warm and welcoming. They can order their favorite cuisine even on midnights from renowned restaurants as the apartment is located in a prime location which is in the middle of Gulshan, Banani, Bashundhara, and Baridhara. The room is on the 5th floor and you will have to climb the stairs. There is no lift but the stairs are wide and comfortable. This fully equipped and furnished unit is ready to go with: Master Bedroom: - 1 Queen Size Bed (2 pax) - Wardrobe - Bedside Table - Working Desk ( High-speed Internet Provided) - Tv with Netflix - The room is almost mosquito free because the whole Apartment is covered with mosquito net. Living Room: - 4 Seater Sofa bed DINING AREA: - Dining table & chairs - Mats - Kitchen Towel Bathroom: -Bathroom complete with Water Heater -Towels Provided -Body Gel, Shampoo Kitchen Area: - FREE Drinking Water from water filter - Complete with Basic Cooking Utensils and Cutleries And Stove - Pot and pan - Microwave - Fridge - Electric Kettle CLEANING ->The place is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. ->Bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, and toilet floor mats are freshly laundered for your arrival. There will be no issue if the electricity is gone since we have Ips in the whole flat to make your stay more comfortable. Guest access This is a private unit ALL TO YOURSELF and you WON'T be sharing this with any strangers during your stay. Other things to note 1) Please Switch OFF light & air conditioner off when you are leaving the home. 2) Guards will help you to pick up and drop off luggage. If you hire guards/caretakers to do any of your personal work, please pay them. They are not my employees. 3) For security purposes the street door to the complex is locked at 12 A.M and then unlocked around 6 am the next morning. I'll advise you to be back by 12 A.M. If you have to enter after 12 A.M. please keep the guards number. 4) ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of USD 150 for Odor Removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
