Welcome to the Sunburnt Seagull. A newly renovated 1940 beach cottage is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. Located just across the street from the beach at the "North End" of Carolina Beach. The close proximity to the beach access is definitely a plus for beach lovers. We have a fully fenced in backyard and have created a outdoor space that should be enjoyed! The space Follow the boardwalk along the south side of the building to enter into the private and spacious fenced in back yard. Take two steps up onto the deck and your ready to enter the property and into the cozy living area. Take one step down from there and find the completely renovated tiny bathroom with wall to floor tile throughout. Take one more step down and you are in the kitchen and dining area. This area is open and spacious enough to enjoy cooking a meal and sitting at the table to enjoy it. There is a door from the dinning area that leads to the large bedroom that has the most most comfortable King size bed to give you plenty of room and make you feel like royalty during your stay. Guest access Access to all of the back house and fenced in yard. Access to a laundry and storage room that is shared with the front 2 bedroom house. Private access into shared area through the bedroom. Other things to note To access this property follow the boardwalk on the south side of the building. Go through the gate and follow the boardwalk to the house. Use the two parking spaces closest to your access.
