This fantastic six-bedroom house is ideal for a large group or a family looking for a getaway near the sea. The house is fully furnished with all the necessary amenities and features a private pool. It is just a few steps from Puig Beach, allowing you to enjoy various beach activities and take leisurely strolls along the shore. The space Welcome to my villa! It features a spacious living room with a seating area and a TV. On one side, there is a large dining area suitable for the capacity of the house. Feel free to step outside and relax by the large pool. The kitchen includes essential appliances, cookware, and cutlery. A washer and dryer are also available for your laundry needs. The six spacious bedrooms come with sheets and bedding. The 4.5 bathrooms have everything you need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your comfort. The villa is always professionally cleaned for your convenience. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. Beach towels provided There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
