This fantastic six-bedroom house is ideal for a large group or a family looking for a getaway near the sea. The house is fully furnished with all the necessary amenities and features a private pool. It is just a few steps from Puig Beach, allowing you to enjoy various beach activities and take leisurely strolls along the shore. The space Welcome to my villa! It features a spacious living room with a seating area and a 85 inch TV. On one side, there is a large dining area suitable for the capacity of the house. Feel free to step outside and relax by the large pool. The kitchen includes essential appliances, cookware, and cutlery. A washer and dryer are also available for your laundry needs. The six spacious bedrooms come with sheets and bedding. The 4.5 bathrooms have everything you need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your comfort. The villa is always professionally cleaned for your convenience. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. ⚠️ NEIGHBOUR RESPECT RULES: The peace and rest of neighbours is very important. Parties and loud noise are strictly prohibited after 10:00 PM. Guests who breach these rules may be penalized.
