The house consists of two floors, with a staircase connecting the living room and kitchen to the upstairs bedrooms. Other things to note --House Rules-- *No smoking or vaping inside the home *We welcome children to this home, but they cannot be left unattended, especially since the home features glass decor, a tall staircase, and a hot tub. *The home is pet-friendly however, we do have some rules and an additional pet fee to preserve our homes' delicate luxury furniture and linens. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds and on indoor or outdoor furniture. Pets are not allowed to be left unattended unless crated. Pet owners will be responsible for any damages. *If you notice anything is damaged or not properly functioning when you arrive, please let me know immediately. *Open flames including candles are prohibited. Exceptions are fire in a designated fire pit provided by the homeowner and standard birthday candles. *Occupancy limits must be adhered to due to local regulations
