The space features two rooms, one kitchen plus living area and another separate bedroom. You will find a sitting area with a sofa and a low table. With two balconies, one next to the kitchen. and the other one next to the bedroom. Balcony furniture, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee. The common terrace where you can enjoy amazing views of the city and even catch sight of the Himalayan mountains on clear days. Guest access On the ground floor, you will find two courtyards with tables perfect for relaxing or engaging in conversations with fellow guests. Moving up to the upper level, you'll discover a common terrace with seating areas. Where, you can have your morning coffee, engage in workouts, or even just enjoy breathtaking views of the Himalayas in the clear mornings. Other things to note Our home is located in the Newari community, just couple minutes from the main tourist square (Patan Durbar Square). We emphasize a peaceful and safe environment and strictly prohibit any illegal activities or drug use on our premises.
