Other things to note our house is clean and very well-equipped, air conditioning, heating, corner fireplace and pool. access to downtown Toulouse is very convenient and fast. the immediate environment is lovely. Our village is very pretty and has small shops. Sports fields, swimming pool, equestrian center and golf are about twenty minutes from the house. A sailing nautical area is a few minutes away and another lake a few minutes away too. Very nice for walking and picnicking. Marked hiking trails.
