Embrace simplicity in this quiet, well-located place. We are 5 minutes from Trindade Station, the city's main station, with access to all places and tourist attractions. The space Your room and bathroom are private for your use only. Guest access You will have access to your private bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and dining room are shared. The kitchen is only available for simple meals. We do not provide pots and pans, as lunch and dinner will not be allowed. Just simple meals. Other things to note The common areas of the stay are shared with other guests. You will have access to the kitchen only to make simple meals. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property and access by anyone in the apartment who has not been previously included in the Airbnb reservation. If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), a smoking fee of at least €200 will be charged, and if any guest brings another person into the apartment even for a short period of time, a fee of 100 euros per person/day will be charged for violating this rule.
