Ample room to park a boat with Lake Erie access 1/2 mile away at Lake Erie Metropark or 1.5 miles south there is a free boat launch at the marina. The space This is a “mother in law” house or guest house on the property. Enter through the front door. I usually leave it unlocked with the keys on the kitchen table. The first room will be the bedroom with a queen size bed and a lazy boy rocking chair to enjoy. Through the door there is one large room which is the kitchen and living room. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee and settle in and get cozy. You have your options for entertainment on the TV or can relax in whatever way you like. Feel free to reach out for any other needs. Guest access There is a common area you enter at the rear of the house. You have access to the full downstairs apartment. The upstairs will remain locked and off limits as there will be someone living there as of 10/10/24.
