This unique place has a style all its own. Guests are welcome to enjoy the 420 treats provided and relax and enjoy themselves. Located 20 minutes from metro airport, 30 minutes from downtown Detroit, and 40 minutes from Ann Arbor. Perfect for anyone looking to spend a few quiet days fishing. Ample room to park a boat with Lake Erie access 1/2 mile away at Lake Erie Metropark or 1.5 miles south there is a free boat launch at the marina. The space This is a “mother in law” house or guest house on the property. Enter through the front door. I usually leave it unlocked with the keys on the kitchen table. The first room will be the bedroom with a queen size bed and a lazy boy rocking chair to enjoy. Through the door there is one large room which is the kitchen and living room. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee and settle in and get cozy. You have your options for entertainment on the TV or can relax in whatever way you like. Feel free to reach out for any other needs. Guest access There is a common area you enter at the rear of the house. You have access to the full downstairs apartment. The upstairs apartment is occupied by tenants, a quiet young couple, who use this back entry area to access their upstairs apartment.
