If it's time for a change of scenery, make your way to this modern, two-story home in the Ocean View Beach Club community. This family-friendly getaway boasts a pristine interior, high-end appliances, and plenty of comforts to please everyone in your group. Prepare your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen and then dine at the breakfast bar, the nearby table, or alfresco on the covered and furnished patio. Settle into the main living area and stream your favorite shows and movies on the TV. An additional private TV lounge can be found upstairs - great for younger guests! You'll also enjoy a host of on-site resort amenities, including a shared seasonal pool, sports courts, and a fitness center. And when it's time to call it a night, this home features convenient lower-level bedrooms, including a kid-friendly bunk room.

This little slice of paradise is located in a pleasant, quiet area close to the Bethany Beach Boardwalk and dozens of popular restaurants. While you'll find plenty to do within the Ocean View Beach Club community, there are also many fun activities in the surrounding area, such as kayaking, paddle boarding, miniature golf, and fantastic boutique shopping. If you're visiting in the summer, check out the boardwalk in the evenings, where there is always live music, entertainment, and even movies throughout the week.

THINGS TO KNOW

Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.

The fee for renter wristbands is $35 per person per week. Renter wristbands must be purchased and worn by all renters, age six and above, while using our amenities, including the pools, clubhouse/fitness center, and sports courts. This policy applies from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Renters gain access to the clubhouse and pools using homeowner access cards.

This property is a Saturday-to-Saturday rental only.

Certain shared amenities may be unavailable due to state and local rules and regulations.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.

Parking notes: The garage can accommodate one vehicle while the driveway can also accommodate two vehicles. Overflow parking is available at the clubhouse. No boats, trailers, or RVs allowed to be parked at the property.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
