Poolside Paradise on the Seawall - No Clean Fees!

Welcome to the best of both worlds! Your lovely and quiet condo at The Dawn is on the Galveston Seawall, right in the midst of all the attractions and activities on the island. Conveniently located on the bottom floor and right across from the heated pool, the condo is a short walk to Babe's Beach, which is directly across the street from The Dawn. Best of all, we do not charge extra cleaning fees! The space Get ready for your cozy home away from home! This is casual living at its finest. We went out of our way to make sure your vacation condo is fun and carefree. It's a little bit quirky, fun, and all-around fantastic! The condo has been newly updated with fresh paint, new furniture, and a brand new air conditioner. There are 2 bedrooms with king beds, 2 full bathrooms, plus a sofa bed in the living room. The condo includes a full kitchen, dining room table, washer/dryer, and a patio that overlooks the heated pool. The condo also has Internet/wifi access, plus cable TV in the living room and the guest room. The complex also has a number of amenities, including 2 pools (1 heated), hot tub, grilling area, exercise room, and more. You'll also be able to enjoy some historical artifacts, as we have a few unique furniture pieces that are made from reclaimed wood, handmade right here in Galveston. The dining room table, the coffee table, a kitchen cabinet, and the master bedroom headboard are all made from this salvaged wood from old houses - many of which were destroyed or damaged by hurricanes and storms over the years. And, don't forget - The Dawn is right across Seawall Boulevard from the newly restored Babe's Beach! Plus, the complex is very close to attractions like Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, Pleasure Pier, and a number of restaurants and shops.
