This is a great place to land after a long day exploring our beautiful area. certificate # STR-001676 The space There are 4 bedrooms on the main floor, a master with a king bed and a flat screen TV, the next bedroom has a king bed, the third bedroom has a twin over a full bunk bed with a trundle pull out twin, the fourth bedroom has a queen size bed. There are two bathrooms on the main floor, one has a tub/shower and a double vanity. The second bathroom has a shower and also doubles as the laundry room. Kitchen, living area and dining room are also on the main floor. Downstairs there is one bedroom with a queen size bed, bathroom with a shower, living area , TV, mini fridge, sink, coffee maker, pool table, foosball table, and a double sided gas fireplace. The back yard has an inground pool, hot tub, firepit, table and chairs for dining outdoors. The pool has a fence and is deep, 4ft at the shallow end and 8 ft. at the deep end. For safety, children 18 and under must be accompanied at all times. Exterior is monitored for safety by 3 cameras, front door, back door and pool / hot tub area. The cameras are not continuously monitored. You will have access to the entire house, and property. The garage and storage shed are not accessible to guests. There is ample parking in the driveway. Other things to note We do have a storage bin in the pool area with some pool toys and life jackets for guests to use. There are yard games in the front entry closet.
