The space Our property is part of a charming duplex, perfect for groups looking for a relaxing getaway. With 2 bedrooms and additional sleeping options in the living room, there's plenty of space for everyone. Living Area: Enjoy a cozy, modern, and open floor plan that's perfect for socializing and spending quality time with your loved ones. Kitchen: Our fully-equipped kitchen includes all the essential appliances. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including cookware, a coffee maker, and a toaster. There's ample counter space, making it easy to prepare meals for your group. Bedrooms: Each bedroom is designed for your comfort and comes with ample closet space. Bedroom 1 features a comfortable full-sized bed. Bedroom 2 offers a queen-sized bed. In the living room, there's a small double bed, and additional sleeping options are available for a fee. Bathroom: Our spacious bathroom boasts a large walk-in shower and a double sink vanity, conveniently located across from the bedrooms. Laundry Facility: For your convenience, there's a laundry facility on the side of the building, accessible with a unique door code. Guest access A unique door code will be provided for a smooth and flexible check-in. Other things to note Washcloths are NOT provided. Only standard size towels are provided. Parking: Your designated parking area can accommodate up to 3 cars, with additional parking options if the adjacent unit is not booked during your stay. House Rules: We want to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all our guests. Please take note of the following rules: - Strictly no parking on the street or grass. - Parties are not allowed; quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM. - The number of overnight guests should not exceed the approved number in your booking. - Our property is non-smoking, and a $500 fee will be added for smoking and odor removal services. - Optional daily housekeeping is available for a fee.
