Enjoy nature while having entertainment nearby. Rustic yet luxurious. Relax in privacy. Tucked away among meadows in the Achterhoek countryside, in a beautiful location, lies Heerlijk Gaanderhei. A fully renovated farmhouse dating back to around 1800, the living area has been converted into accommodation for up to 8 people. Linen for bath, bed, and kitchen, as well as two dogs, are included. This is NOT a party venue. Please also check the House Rules. The space Heerlijk Gaanderhei offers the convenience for a wonderfully relaxing stay. The House, the farm can accommodate up to 8 people. Ideal for a family weekend, for example! There is a large terrace with outdoor kitchen where you can enjoy each other and the wealth of nature that comes very close to here. In the accommodation you will find an overview of the many things to do in the area. There are 4 bedrooms (2 upstairs, 2 downstairs), 2 luxurious walk-in showers in the downstairs rooms and 1 complete bathroom upstairs, 3 toilets. Upstairs: Kitchen with dishwasher, a large dining table and a lovely shared living space with wood-burning stove. The downstairs rooms also have their own entrance. There are various books and games available. There is no TV! Well WIFI. The accommodation is not suitable for the disabled. Other things to note This is NOT a youth accommodation! Out of respect for the environment, it is quiet from 10:00 PM. During a stay in Gaanderen, you'll experience the freedom of peace and quiet! Rurally situated, close to forests and a castle. The area is perfect for walking and cycling. The house is located on the Gander Klompenpad (wood-walking path) and near the Pieterpad (Pieterpad). This region exudes the authentic Achterhoek region with its characteristic bocage landscape: hedgerows, meadows, beautiful vistas, characteristic farms, and sparkling streams. A beautiful setting to explore. The towns of Doetinchem, Doesburg, Bronckhorst, and many surrounding charming villages with intimate terraces and excellent restaurants are a must-see. Think of unique shops, small museums, castles, farm shops, wineries, and sporting activities nearby.
