Welcome to Rosenhof, a charming, completely renovated apartment with a rich history. The building, which was built in 1769, is proud to be the second oldest in Stahle and exudes a touch of history while offering modern comfort. The old building of the Rosenhof is lovingly preserved and is a listed building, which gives it a special character. The space Our comfortable apartment offers an ideal retreat. The pleasant charm of this apartment will give you a feeling of coziness from the very beginning. On the left side of the house you will find your own parking space, right in front of your separate front door. This way you can easily reach your temporary home. Bedrooms are located just to the right of hallway. The first room offers a comfortable double bed for relaxing nights. In the second bedroom you will find a spacious king size bed, accompanied by ample storage space in cupboards. A pull-out desk is also available in the spacious master bedroom. The shared living and kitchen area embodies the heart of the apartment. Here, rustic charm and modern amenities merge into a harmonious unit. The attractive truss shares the space in a special way, but at the same time keeps an open connection. The well equipped kitchen has enough space for your culinary plans and allows self-catering in the best quality. A large leather sofa awaits you in the living room, where you can relax after an eventful day. A Hi-Fi system with Bluetooth and aux cable is ready to enjoy your favorite music. The apartment has a guest toilet as well as a bathroom with a spacious shower and a welcoming bathtub. Through the patio door you reach the terrace, which is equipped with an awning. The left terrace area is private and belongs to the apartment in the annex. The terrace can be separated by side awning, so you can enjoy your privacy. The spacious meadow and the garden with almost 2000 m² are available to all residents as well as to you as a guest of the apartment. A second outdoor seating area is next to the garden house. In this they can find power sockets and can secure your bikes. There is also the gas grill, which you are welcome to use. The farm offers plenty of space for a carefree and relaxing time. We cordially invite you to enjoy these eclectic amenities and enjoy your stay to the fullest. Please note: If you need 2 private bedrooms with a booking for 2 people, there will be a surcharge of €15/night. If you arrive with two vehicles and need a parking space for the second vehicle, we can offer you a separate parking space for €5.-/per night. The first parking space is included and right outside the front door. We will raise any additional costs via AirBnB. Guest access Access to the key can be obtained through a key box. The code will be sent to you prior to arrival. Other things to note The apartment is located in the historic core of Stahle. Supermarket and bakery as well as a fresh milk station and an organic egg vending machine are very close to the apartment. Pubs and restaurants are also right in the village. The Weser is a 5-minute walk away, and the city center of Holzminden is a 20-minute walk away.
