The space One unit is very comfortable, 70 m2, with the capacity for 2 adults: kitchen, living room, spacious bathroom, huge wardrobe on the hall, and big bedroom. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. The other unit (50 m2) has a bedroom for 2 adults, and a sofa bed in the living room for 1 adult or 2 kids under 15 years old, kitchen and bathroom. There is a possibility to use the washing machine in the courtyard. Every unit has its terrace with its furniture and sunbeds/umbrellas. Guest access You will get 2 apartments facing one another, with private terraces for your use only. To get to the second unit there are 3 stairs. You get the key of the gate to enter and the keys of the apartments. There are outside cameras for your security, and outside lights during the night. For car parking: you can try to park for free in the street Vlade Avelinija, which is the closest, or you can leave your car in the city parking Veneranda (Ul. Dinka Kovačevića, 21450, Hvar) for the price of 5,00 euros per day. Other things to note The supermarket is about 10 minutes by foot (Studenac Market, Ulica, Pavla Rossa 1, 21450, Hvar). The deck for excursions and taxi boats is just 30 meters from the residences. There is the possibility of delivering food from the close Teo's Grill House (on demand).
