Reservation Requirements To confirm your booking, we kindly ask you to provide proof of holiday liability insurance (Assurance Villégiature) – available free of charge from your home insurance provider. Your stay must match the booking details, including the full names of all guests, which must be sent via the Airbnb messaging system and reflected in your insurance document. On arrival day, please bring a printed copy of your insurance document. A security deposit of €250 is required (not cashed), and returned on the day of departure. ➤ Any changes in the number of guests must be reported prior to your arrival so your booking can be updated accordingly—this ensures your holiday insurance remains valid. ➤ Our operating license allows for a maximum of 12 guests. ➤ For safety and legal compliance, only guests listed on the official Airbnb reservation are permitted access to the property. 2. Late Check-Out Late departure (until 3 PM) is available upon request, from September to June, including during school holidays. 3. Domain Rules & Heritage Village Guidelines As a 4-star classified estate located in a protected heritage village, we follow regional tourism regulations as well as the Gîtes de France 4-star standards for cleanliness and sustainability. The Slow-Life Domain is designed for peace, rest, and conviviality. Please note: As specified in our Airbnb reservation agreement, nighttime parties, bachelor(ette) parties, or other festive events are not permitted. The Slow-Life Domain is not suited for such gatherings, and any unauthorized nighttime event will result in immediate termination of your stay. Our complimentary concierge service, La Petite Clé d’Or, is available to help organize activities, local experiences, transport, and reservations in and around La Rochelle. 4. Documents to Provide • Holiday liability insurance certificate (for EU travelers, free from your insurer) • For international travelers: a travel insurance policy is sufficient • For families with minors: a Parental Liability Waiver for pool use, to be completed and signed before arrival • Front and back copies of identity documents for all adult guests, to be presented at check-in • Guest list must be sent via the Airbnb message thread after booking If the entire group cannot be present at check-in, a designated group leader (the person named on the reservation) can act as the stay’s ambassador and complete check-in on behalf of everyone. Please bring all printed documents on arrival day. 5. Safety & Responsibilities The safety of your family is our top priority. The pool is equipped with a certified safety cover (NF P90-308 compliant) to prevent accidents. This cover must be used after each swim session, especially with the region’s changing day/night temperatures. You will receive a logistics and usage guide to help you make the most of the pool throughout your stay. For families with children: a pool safety responsibility agreement must be signed by a legal guardian (mother or father), and will be included in your welcome booklet. You are expected to follow the logistical charter provided in the welcome materials. The digital welcome booklet (sent after booking) includes everything you need in both English and French, covering arrival, your stay, pool use, departure, and current legal requirements. 6.
