We welcome you to our home, a well-maintained and beautifully decorated house on the first floor of a two-storey house in the city center of Trikala. The comfortable 100 sq. m. house is just 5 minutes from the main pedestrian street of Asklipiou on the one hand and from Matsopoulos Park, known as the Mill of the Elves, on the other. The house has two entrances, a beautiful garden, and a parking space for one car. We promise you comfort, cleanliness, and a warm hospitality. The space Details. The 100 sqm house has a reception area, a large living room, two spacious bedrooms, a comfortable kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom. It also has two terraces, access to the garden and an indoor parking space for one car. One bedroom has a double bed, storage spaces, and a TV. The second bedroom has two single beds, an armchair that becomes a bed as well as storage areas and a TV. So the house can accommodate up to 5 people. The kitchen is comfortable and has an exit at the back of the house overlooking the garden. It is fully equipped with the necessary electrical appliances and small appliances, such as microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and toaster. All cooking utensils are also provided for meal preparation. The bathroom is fully equipped and also includes a hairdryer, soap, shampoo and shower gel.
