Big room next to Alameda #

This flat is on the top floor of the building, so the view from the windows of the rooms over Lisbon is wonderful. The flat also has a nice, huge balcony, which is perfect for sharing a few drinks in the evening. The apartment has 6 rooms, one bathroom and 1 toilet The flat is usually occupied by students that are staying for several weeks in Lisbon. We have weekly cleaning to the common areas. Its a good option if you are looking for a simple and relaxed environment. The space This cosy 6-bedroom apartment is located on Avenida Almirante Reis, close to Alameda metro station (red and green lines) Some of the rooms have a double bed and it´s possible to rent a room as a couple. All the rooms have a window. There are 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen in the flat. Also there is a terrace where you can enjoy the sunny days in Lisbon! In around 350-400m you will find supermarkets – Mini Preco and Pingo Doce. Just next to the flat there is another small supermarket. In a distance of 250 meters you will find a beautiful park Jardim da Alameda Dom Afonso Henriques where you can go for a walk and rest after your day at university or work or just hang out with your friends. A perfect place for students of UL – Instituto Superior Técnico – just 500 meters to the university! Guest access If you arrive by plane, catch the metro in the airport towards SÃO SEBASTIÃO (red line), leave at ALAMEDA and walk to our place.
