Peaceful and very sunny accommodation overlooking the Buttes Chaumont, near the Canal de la Villette (swimmable in summer). Ideal for walks, picnics, and visiting Paris, 15 minutes from République and the Marais (by metro Laumière line 5). 1 adult bedroom (garden view), 1 children's bedroom (park view). Great shops and cafés nearby. All kitchen, bathroom and linen equipment is available. I would be delighted to host you. The space The adult bedroom includes a king size bed, 200 cm long, 160 cm wide. The children's room includes a bunk bed with two very comfortable 200 cm long and 90 cm wide mattresses. 4 people can eat at the kitchen table, which is equipped with a dishwasher and a stove with a hood. You can also eat in the living room, large table for 6-8 people. The living room is equipped with a video projector for home cinema sessions. The balcony, facing south on the Buttes Chaumont, is equipped with a table where you can eat 2-3, have an aperitif or coffee. Guest access Access is by metro Laumière on line 5. Line 5 is very convenient, it serves Gare du Nord, Gare de l 'Est, République, Bastille, Gare d' Austerlitz. Metro Laumière is a 5-minute walk away. IMPORTANT: Check-in is from 3 p.m. onwards Check-out is until 11 a.m. The keys to the apartment are to be collected on arrival and dropped off on your departure in a KeyNest relay near the apartment.
