(Unfortunately no watercraft is allowed on or near the dock due to HOA rules) The house features a huge living room for guests to unwind after a day in the lake and a beautiful lake view deck to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise in the morning . Home is located in nice, quiet subdivision south of Livingston. The space Great dock to swim, fish and relax. No watercraft allowed unfortunately due to HOA rules. Guest access All spaces can be used except the boat lifts on the dock for boats. Other things to note Unfortunately no water craft is allowed if rented due to HOA rules and guidelines.
