Stairs are baby gated at bottom of stairs. Loft opens to dining area. Privacy curtains are hung. Note that stairs are narrow (22") and could pose a challenge to some guests. - Living room with SmartTV, vegan leather couch, plush rocker/recliner, electric fireplace, and lake views. - Bright fully stocked kitchen with full sized fridge, new induction stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, and all the cooking/serving/grilling essentials. - Coffee maker, Keurig, blender, crock pot, toaster. - Conventional well and city septic - No cold showers, no low water pressure! Tap water has been tested nitrates and e-coli. No need to bring your own drinking water unless you want to. - Plenty of outlets for charging devices throughout home. Other things to note No wake lake before 10 AM and after 4 PM - quiet ski lake during the day; extra peaceful mornings and evenings. Public boat landing for Little Hills Lake .8 miles away. Silver Lake boat landing is a couple blocks away. Wautoma boasts a variety of excellent dining minutes away: Relax at the classic, blast-from-the-past, Silvercryst Supper Club. Have a drink at their sandy beach-front tiki bar while you wait for a table. Moose Inn Supper club is within walking distance (try one of their famous towering after-dinner ice cream drinks). BBQ at KRB's rivals any BBQ joint we've tried, and their huge patio is dog friendly. Stop in at the iconic Milty Wilty Drive-In for lunch and mini golf. Dine outside at Two20 Taphouse and Grill. Enjoy a classic pub burger at Grimm's Bar and Grill. Or, grab some authentic Mexican at El Popo. Christiano's delivers pizza and Italian right to the A-frame if you don't feel like leaving or cooking : ) Short drive to Lunch Creek Winery, Shamba Safari Park, Flyte Family Farms, Wild Rose State Fish Hatchery, and Amish community businesses. Plenty to do year round: 14 minute drive from Nordic Mountain (ski! snowboard! tube!), ice fishing, snow shoeing (2 sets available for guest use), cross country skiing, and 300+ miles of snowmobiling in Waushara County. Two golf courses (Two Oaks and Waushara Country Club) open to the public and within minutes of A-frame. High chair, pack-and-play, folding stroller, and baby bath provided. There are long stairs down to pier and narrow stairs up to the loft. So, if you have mobility challenges, please keep in mind that there are a lot of steps.
