Other things to note [Fresh Linen & Towels] We strive to ensure guests enjoy their stay by providing fresh linen, including 2 bath towels per bed and 1 hand towel per bathroom. (Please request extra linen or towels before your arrival if needed.) [Regarding Unexpected Cleaning Issues] If you're not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of your apartment upon arrival, we'll arrange for a cleaner to address the issue within 6 hours. Any cleaning-related concerns must be reported to the host within 6 hours of check-in for resolution. Failure to allow remediation will result in no refund. The house is professionally cleaned after each stay and is expected to be left clean and tidy upon checkout. Any additional cleaning costs or damages will be the responsibility of the guest. [Extra Services] Single-air mattresses, travel cots, high chairs, and baby baths can be provided upon request. Please notify us if needed.
