This cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps up to 10 and offers deep, clean water access, complimentary kayaks, a hot tub, shaded porches, firepit, and plenty of space to tie off your own boat along the dock. Enjoy lake days, sunset hangs, and easy access to wineries, SIU, and Southern Illinois adventures. The space Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1 - King bed Bedroom 2 - Full size bed Bedroom 3 - Twin bunk beds and Queen bed Living Room- pull out full sleeper sofa Main Level: All bedrooms- King bedroom and Queen with bunks walk out to covered deck overlooking lake 1 Bathroom Lower Level: Watch your melon! Stairwell is tight. :) Living room with propane fireplace and smart TV Kitchen- fully stocked Dining Table that seats 6 plus 4 seats at breakfast bar 1 Bathroom Washer/Dryer Walkout to covered porch overlooking lake Short, gradual slope to fire pit, dock and kayaks Outdoors: Owners use the covered dock but there is plenty of space to tie off on the side with your boat or rental. Clean deep water for swimming off dock 4 Kayaks- complementary for your use (BYO life vests) Hot tub overlooking the lake and stars Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property besides a few locked closets for owners. Other things to note A rental agreement is required with ID verification within 48 hours of booking. Access to the property is only provided after the renter's agreement is signed. Check-in is after 3 PM. Check-out is before 10 AM. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property. If guest are caught with a pet, guests may be subject to an immediate cancellation without refund. If evidence is found after your stay, there will be a $150 penalty for rule violation. Inventory: We provide a "starter package" of inventory for our cabin: 3 rolls of T.P. and 1 full roll of paper towels. BYO Beach Towels. We provide bath towels BYO Life Vests HIGHLY encouraged to ensure proper size. Firewood is available for purchase. TIGHT STAIRWELL: The stairwell and main hallway to bathrooms is tight. Due to the design of the house, the A-Frame slant goes into the stairs- please watch your head!
