Nestled in a peaceful wine village, this 55 m² cottage for 4 people has free private parking and a garage for two motorcycles and bicycles. Nearby: Beaune (15 km): famous for its cellars and hospices. Santenay (8 km): known for its thermal baths and casino. Chagny (7km): its market on Sunday mornings. The space I welcome you, but don't put pressure on the check-in time. No stressed out, You have self checking. There is a lockbox. You will reach the accommodation by a stone staircase of 8 steps. It consists of: - A living room of 25 sqm with fully equipped kitchen. - Two spacious bedrooms of 14m2 each, with hardwood floors, equipped with a 140cm double bed. Sheets and two towels per person provided. - A bathroom equipped with a shower and a sink. - A separate toilet. - A 4m² veranda. - Two private and free parking spaces, as well as a secure room for two motorcycles and bicycles. - In summer, you will have access to a 200 m² wooded lot, with a terrace equipped with a garden furniture, an umbrella and a charcoal barbecue (charcoal not provided). You have at your disposal: Dish towels, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, soap, cleaning products and laundry detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine. Sugar, coffee, and tea. the washing machine is in the laundry room under the apartment. For baby, we provide a crib, a high chair, a booster, a bathtub and a changing mat. The closet doors are equipped with locks for safety. Free wifi is available with a speed of 265 Mbps. The apartment does not have air conditioning, but the old house with thick walls has excellent insulation. Located in the countryside at an altitude of about 400 metres, the nights are cool.
