Welcome to the Indy Outback! A centrally located 10-unit building walking distance of downtown hotspots - Mass Ave, The Garage, Centerpoint Brewery, Fowling Warehouse, and Pins Bowling. Private parking onsite for one vehicle. Our Purple Wallaby Apartment features a luxury king bed, blackout curtains, and a sound machine. Fully stocked kitchen including crockpot and blender. Enjoy this sunny and cozy downtown nook! The space We have thought of everything you could need for a great stay in Indianapolis. From beautiful decor to plush mattresses, you will be staying in comfort while visiting our great city. The upgraded kitchen is equipped with all the cooking essentials including basic cooking oils and spices. Our bathrooms have towels for each guest and some other essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and make-up remover cloths. We provide blackout curtains, a portable fan, sound machine, iron, and ironing board. While we're child friendly, we are not child-proofed. We have a pack n play available upon request. We also have a portable cot available for rent for additional guests. We have a No Smoking/Vaping and No Parties policy. We do not allow pets. We charge a $200 fee for specialized cleaning if any of these policies are disregarded. Guest access You are renting a private apartment inside a 10-unit apartment building. Your apartment is located on the second floor and will require the use of a staircase. We'll provide you with a unique access code for your reservation which will unlock the main building entrances and your apartment door only.
