Quiet apartment with a terrace overlooking the condominium garden (not overlooked) accessible for disabled people. 3 minutes from metro line 13 and 5 minutes from RER lines D & H. 10-minute walk from the Stade de France and the Olympic swimming pool and in downtown Saint Denis. Restaurants and shops near. We rent out our apartment when we're on vacation and ask you to quip our cat (1h/day outing in the building courtyard, kibble and litter). Reduced weekly rate.
