Enjoy the convenience of a private bathroom and an independent entry, allowing you to come and go as you please without disturbing anyone. Well located to attractions and theme parks, Orlando Airport, Orlando outlets, The Community of Lake Nona Medical City, Restaurants, and clubs. Public transportation and Sunrail just 1 mile. The space The property is located in a subdivision close to USPS, Sunrail Station, Publix, and Restaurants. An independent Studio with a bedroom-connected bath, also an area to share a meal and enjoy the tranquility of the place is what "Cozynook" offers to you. Guest access Access to a private bedroom with bath, shower, closet, and a small dining area. The backyard is open to enjoy. The side gate allows you to get to the Studio. You will unlock yourself with a digital padlock. Be informed that there is no stove or cooking equipment. Access to the Studio is through a natural stone pathway without a ramp, which may feel uneven in places and a small and functional bathroom with just enough space for individual use. Not suitable for guests with limited mobility. Other things to note Parking on property, fridge/freezer available, 42' Smart Tv, and a microwave for a quick bite warming up.
