Farm stay in Eatonville

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. New listing near the lake with breath-taking views of Mt. Rainier on a working ranch nestled amongst trees, some being organic fruit trees, enjoy seasonal fruit. WI-FI, tv w/ rocu, prime, discovery The space This cabin is located on our 60 acre ranch with great views of Mount Rainier and RapJohn lake where we have a private small dock that is approximately 1/4 mile stroll from the cabin. Guests are welcome to use our small boat, enjoying the beauty around us as you leisurely oar or use our kayaks to skim the lake and see the the fish and water fowl or bald eagles. We hope you’ll enjoy the tranquility that can be found here strolling by our organic garden and flowers that are nearby. There are beautiful, starry skies while sitting on the deck or at the fire pit. We also offer safe trail rides around our property where you can observe our Angus cattle that we raise organic grass fed beef. $45 pp/hr. We are pet friendly and kid/infant friendly with a big yard. The single-story cabin has a deck facing the mountain, a separate kitchen area, full bath, laundry room. Bedroom has a queen bed, living room has a pull out sofa bed. Kitchen is fully equipped with a stove/oven, microwave Keurig, kettle pans, utilities, and settings. WI-FI , tv, w/Rocu, prime, discovery+ Guest access Guests are absolutely welcome to explore as much of the property as they would like, Please keep in mind we are a working ranch so you will want to close gates if they are closed and leave open if they are open. Other things to note **Liability Waiver: Absolutely NO smoking or vaping inside! If our cleaning staff informs us that you have smoked inside you will be fined $500.00. Campfires, swimming, and the use of watercrafts are at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty and you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising during your stay at the Raineer View Ranch Haus and hold the property Owner, host and LLC harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that campfires, swimming, watercraft, horses, etc. present to children who are not carefully supervised as well as the danger to any person swimming or using watercrafts or other activities if a person has health risks, or while, intoxicated, or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for all accidents or injury that may occur inside or outside the home. You understand the risks discussed above and agreed that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owners, host and LLC for accidents or claims regarding any and all incidents that may occur on the property All guests in your party, acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver, and they acknowledge the confirmation by booking this home constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between all guests, the host, and Raineer view ranch house LLC, and the property owners.
