Welcome in the charming tiny villa in a lovely garden. The little villa is attached to the main house and is about 45 sqm large with ground floor and first floor. It has just been completed and is brand new. The building has a modern floor heating for your well-being, is on the highest level concerning energy efficiency and safety requirement and offers you best convenience as your temporary home. The space On the ground floor there are the entrance area with a wardrobe, a little shoe bench and a mirror cabinet. The small living room invites you to reading, watching TV or a get-together. The room is equipped with fancy couch (not to be used as studio couch), a glas lift table, a large flat screen TV-set and a stylish swivel chair. The open kitchen with dining table, convenient easy chairs, leaves nothing to be desired with steamer baking oven, large fridge with small freezer, induction cooker, dishwasher, a window over the sink and whatever you need concerning modern kitchen equipment and tableware. The bright, wonderfully tiled bathroom has a glas shower even with the ground, which can be folded to the walls, a towel heater and a cool LED-mirror over the washbasin. The window lights the room with daylight. The wonderful light-flooded first floor thrills you as a studio room with a convenient full-size bed, bedding boxes, a wardrobe, chests of drawers and a workplace with a desk and shelves under the row of windows. The room can be dimmed completely. We think the photos tell their own tales. The little house has a sophisticated lighting system with motion sensors, under-bed LEDs, dimmable lamps inside and outside the building. A fine colouring complements the overall picture. Guest access Inclusive are: bedclothes, towels, WLAN, energy, water, when normal consumption, washing machine and others. The beautiful garden with gazebo, lounge-furniture, barbecue, table tennis, sunshades and sun-lounger makes your stay perfect. Your privacy is protected by the planting and you can enjoy your rest. There is a terrace on the southern side of the house to be used by our guests exclusively. A nice place to relax after a busy day. Other things to note We have incorporated a lot of ideas into the furnishings and equipment of the house even to the point of small things which were thoroughly chosen and equipped top-quality. All fits in perfectly into the elegant ambiance and is equipped with love and a fine sense of beautiful interior. We are looking for guest who appreciate that, want to life in style and accept the house like their own home during their stay. We prefer long-term tenants, not less than about one month. Tenants can extend their stay. The house is not suitable for small children. It is a non-smoker house! The multilingual Rules of the House are available in the house.
