You will be close to the Choctawhatchee Bay and a short 4 mile drive to 5 different beaches and golf courses on the Emerald Coast! Spend the day fishing at the bay or playing on the beach. The options are limitless. You will love the feel of this open space. With over 1900 square feet of room the whole family will have room to breathe. All the bedrooms have walk in closets and amazingly comfortable mattresses for a Good nights rest. The large master bedroom features a King sized bed a private full bath and a Roku smart tv. So you can kick back and watch your favorite shows. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on top. The sitting room has a futon couch that can act as a 4th bedroom. The large kitchen has all new appliances and everything you need to pack snacks for your outings or cook a gourmet dinner for the family! The laundry room has a washer and dryer for your convenience as well. We now welcome your small to medium sized dog in our home just not on the furniture or beds. If you like to grill the deck is covered, has a seating area and a gas grill! Make yourself at home with all the necessities and space you need in one place. Indian Cove is a quiet family orientated neighborhood tucked away from the busy streets on a a cul-de-sac. Two parking spaces in front of the two car garage. The grill on the back patio is a gas grill. Please be sure to turn the gas off on the propane canister when you are finished grilling. Thank you!
