Our centrally-located full house is family and pet friendly. Only 5 minutes from ETSU, Johnson City Medical Center, or Mountain Home VA. 15 minutes from Buffalo Mountain, Tweetsie Trail, or Tipton Haynes Historic Site. Within 1-2 hours of Dollywood, Beach Mountain, Grandfather Mountain, or Knoxville zoo. Rather stay in? there are 2 smart TVs/living areas, multi-game foosball table, and Mrs. Pac Man arcade game. We offer 4 comfortable bedrooms, gym, office space, and fully stocked kitchen. The driveway sits next to the road but it's large enough to park 5 smaller vehicles or 3 larger ones. You can use the driveway space to turn around most vehicles if you would prefer to pull out onto the road rather than back out. On the upper level of the home, you enter into the main living space with a large sectional sofa, wall mounted smart TV, wooden rocking chair, and bookcase with a variety of reading materials and games. Strait ahead is the full kitchen with glass top range, dishwasher, side-by-side fridge, slower cooker, dual Kuerig coffee pot, and several other cooking supplies. Here is also the stair access for the lower level. To the left of the kitchen is a small dining room with real cherry wood walls and a dining table for 6. Down the hall off the living space or though the dining room are 3 full bedrooms. The 1st bedroom includes a queen size bed, dresser, 2 bedside tables with touch lamps, closet, and mirror. Bedroom 2 includes 2 sets of twin over full bunk beds, bedside table with lamp, large closet, dresser, and mirror. Bedroom 3 includes 1 twin over full bunkbed with dresser, mirror, and closet. In the hallway there is a linen closest of bathroom towels that is across from the full bathroom with walk-in shower and dogwood-stained glass window tint for privacy. Through the back door off the kitchen is a full deck with table for 6 with cushioned chairs, charcoal grill (grilling utensils in the kitchen), and lockable gate at the top of the stairs. On the lower level you enter into and wet bar area with sink and small fridge. This space also has a white board table you are welcome to draw on. The large cabinet along the wall contains the markers for the table as well as games, books, and puzzles. To the left there is a multi-game foosball table that has a changing top to have a variety of games. There is also a small seating area with table for 2 and a Mrs. Pac-Man arcade game. In this large open space there is also a leather recliner, and full sofa by the smart TV in the entertainment cabinet. In this area is the doorway to the laundry room complete with full washer and dryer, ironing board with iron, and drying/ hanging rack. There is 1 additional bedroom on the lower floor that includes king bed, dresser, closet and mirror. A full bathroom across the short hall with tub. The small room at the back of the hall is split use for exercise and an office space which includes a full desk with lamp, standing elliptical, electrical stationary bike, and yoga mat. Through the double doors you step out onto a small concrete patio leading to the mostly fenced back yard that has a small storage shed. This shed is locked and not accessible to guests. Knob creek runs through the property just outside the fenced area. You are welcome to walk around the fence for a better look but be mindful of the critters that call that area home. You are welcome to access all areas of the property except the attic and locked spaces. The locked spaces are; the closet in the dining room, the closet in the upper main living space, the small cabinet by the arcade game on the lower level, and the shed in the back yard. While I cannot be available in person, I am only a phone call, text, or email away. If an immediate need arises that you need in person assistance I will get someone there to help you. There is room for 3 large vehicles or 4 small vehicles in front driveway. You may also park additional vehicles on side streets at either corner of the city block. There is a city bus line as well as Huber and taxi services for additional transportation options.
