The space Our property has 300 feet of beach front access with a private deck. The beach located on the other side of US Highway 101. It can be reached either by walking or driving. There is enough space to park two or three cars. From the road there are steps that lead down to the deck. The beach is shared with Seal Rock Beach Lower House, but is otherwise private. Other things to note The main driveway up to the house has a steep section. Regardless of the type of car you are driving (4 or 2 wheel), you'll want to keep your speed up. If you are traveling in a car with 4 wheel drive, you’ll have no issues making it up the main driveway. If your car has 2 wheel drive, please keep your speed up. If the main driveway seems to be an issue, there is a secondary driveway that can be used. You’ll find two sets of switch backs that are not as steep.
