Lovely vacation home overlooking the Eastern Scheldt and with the beach, playgrounds and restaurants of the Beach Resort vacation park around the corner. From the balcony, there is a beautiful view over the marina and the water. There are several cozy seating areas, both indoors and outdoors. Sauna and air conditioning available! Dogs are allowed (max. 2). The garden is fenced. Energy label: B The space The villa features 4 bedrooms, including 3 bedrooms with two beds on the floor and 1 bedroom with bunk bed on the ground floor. There is a bathroom on the ground floor with shower, sink and a sauna. Upstairs there is a separate toilet. There is a cozy roof terrace with garden furniture and for storing bicycles there is a large garage. The Beach Resort park has playgrounds, a restaurant, its own beach (Sophiastrand), and there is a swimming paradise (for a fee). In addition, you will find the supermarket, pizzeria, snack bar and bowling alley around the corner. Beautiful cities such as Middelburg, Goes and Zierikzee are easily accessible. Guest access The house is detached with a veranda and a fenced garden at the rear. There is a private driveway where 2 cars can be parked. Other things to note The beds are made and towels and kitchen towels are provided. There are 8 sleeping places, but the dining table can accommodate 6 to 7 people. This should be taken into account when you want to come with 8 people. There is a wood-burning stove in the house. You can bring your own wood for the wood stove or purchase it on site. For the first day, there is some coffee, tea and toilet paper in the welcome bag. For the remaining days, guests must bring it or purchase it themselves. There is NO charging point for an electric car. It is forbidden to charge your car with an extension cord via a standard power outlet. The meter box is not suitable for this and it may cause a fire.
