You step onto smooth floors without a single stair, the quiet hum of the city just outside your private entrance. Everything you need is here - from the aroma of fresh coffee in the kitchen to the soft glow of the fireplace as evening settles in. Sleeping arrangements Rest in a spacious bedroom with a king bed dressed in soft cotton linens and extra pillows. A full bathroom with a handicap-accessible walk-in shower, bathroom essentials, and thoughtful touches ensures a comfortable stay. Kitchen & dining The kitchen is fully equipped with GE stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a Keurig coffee machine. Prepare your favorite meals with ease or enjoy a short stroll to local cafes and diners nearby. A dining table offers space to share a meal or morning coffee before heading out. Living area Relax in the inviting living space with plush seating, a 50-inch HDTV with Fire TV, and books and board games for quiet evenings in. Exterior security cameras are placed only at the front and back entrances for added peace of mind. Self check-in is simple with a keypad, and cleaning is available during your stay if needed. Guest access We allow self checkin, however if you would like I will be glad to meet you. Other things to note This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $42 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
