Relax with the whole family, or with your partner, in this accommodation surrounded by a hectare of pure Sardinian nature. Surrounded by the scents of the Mediterranean maquis, the Belvedere Country House is a house with a beautiful view and arranged on two levels. The panoramic part is intended for guest accommodation, equipped with two double bedrooms, a bathroom, and a common living room from which to admire the wonderful Island of Tavolara and the Gulf of Olbia. The space Location located in the open countryside, to reach it you need to be equipped with a car. You can take two roads, the shortest 10 minutes from Olbia is for 8 km of dirt road and requires the use of at least an off-road vehicle (possibly 4×4); the second road is longer and takes 20 to 30 minutes. Also in this case, you have to travel on a dirt road for about 2 km. The nearest beach is about a 25-minute drive, along the longest route. On the basement floor of the Belvedere Country House, there is another common room equipped with a very large table on which you can work on the PC and, why not, try to knead Sardinian delicacies, the kitchen, the cellar/laundry room (usable only on request and for a fee), a small room for relaxation and reading, a bedroom and the bathroom (the latter at the service of the owner, who does not permanently live in the house). Guest access Guests have the entire first floor, the common rooms, the dining/living room on the ground floor and the entire garden around the house, on which to walk and enjoy the magnificent emotions that the landscape around offers. All outdoor areas with a barbecue area, a relaxation area with a small whirlpool, and the various patios and verandas are available. Use of the laundry is only allowed for a fee. Other things to note A beautiful and sweet little dog wanders around the house, having decided on his own that we would become his masters.
