In the unlikely event that any damages occur, we will need to charge a replacement fee for the affected furniture which will be hundreds of dollars. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas as well as free Wi-Fi, Netflix, free garaged parking, complimentary coffee and access to the laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Other things to note Please note that with such a great central location just minutes from the airport, you may hear planes overhead during the day. Please be advised that No smoking or parties are allowed. Breaking the rule means a $1000 fee for party cleaning fee and another $1500 fee for smoking remediation. Please follow the rules for safety and cleanliness. Our quiet hour starts at 10PM, if disobeyed, $500 Fine
