Guest access Guest access While you're staying here, this home is your private retreat. We use a keyless entry system, so you can come any time after check-in and enter using your unique access code. You will have access to the entirety of the home, excluding the garage, linen closet and attic. Entry in these are not permissible. There is parking available on the driveway - fits easily three cars. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements. Please show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood. Please do not park on the landscape or block any driveways. Other things to note Other things to note - ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, NO GATHERINGS, NO EVENTS OF ANY KIND AN NO LOUD MUSIC. No gathering outside past 10 PM, this is strictly enforced. - No screaming, excessively loud talking, or loud music in the backyard past 10 PM. - Only a disclosed number of guests are allowed into the property. We don't allow additional guests that are not part of the reservation. Please let us know beforehand if there will be more joining you. !!By booking, you agree that there will be no unannounced guests other than the number of guests disclosed on your reservation and there will be zero visitors during your stay!! OUTDOOR SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS / DISCLOSURES Our house has four outdoor cameras as security and safety measures. These cameras are as follows: - Camera at front door - Camera at garage - Camera on the side of the house - Camera overlooking the backyard area We DO NOT actively monitor these cameras out of respect to our guests. However, guests should be aware that activity is recorded. None of these cameras have a line of sight or are capable of viewing indoor spaces. There are NO indoor cameras. There are NO forms of video surveillance for activities inside the home. Tampering with any of the cameras is strictly prohibited. EXTRA GUESTS: Each guest after the 5th guest cost $20 per person, per night. Please make sure to put the right number of guests. It is for us to maintain compliance with the rules of Airbnb and our insurance. Undisclosed guests not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without refund and or a charge of $50 per person/night. CHILD SAFETY Our home is suitable for children of any age. Upstairs has a gate above the stairs, restricting access to stairs. Parent must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times. Using glasses outside or in the loft area upstairs is strictly forbidden for safety reasons. PETS Pets are permitted in the house. Up to 2 pets maximum. No cats are permitted. Please clean up after your pet and keep them off the furniture. Specific rules regarding pets are as follows: pets must be leashed when exiting property, at all times. Stains, odors and damages left behind, will result in an additional $100 charge be added to your cleaning fee. No Smoking Smoking is not allowed on the property.
