This spacious and comfortable house is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing holiday by the sea. We have finished restoring this house, ready for a summer of Air BnB guests. The property will be available for a longer stay from September. The house features two main bedrooms with small double beds, a chest of drawers, lamps and really comfy beds. To ensure a good night's sleep, blinds are on the velux windows will make sure the light doesn't wake you up. The third bedroom has a set of bunk beds that easily fits adults. The kitchen has everything you might need to cook a feast or enjoy one of the takeaways nearby, as well as a breakfast table to enjoy mornings. We made sure to put a dishwasher in so you don't have to do any washing up. The kitchen table fits four comfortably, but we do give you 6 chairs. It is often used as a workspace with plenty of space for computers. A wood-burning stove adds to the charm and warmth of the living room. There is a brand-new second living room, which leads out to the patio. This room features underfloor heating and a large skylight and a connecting shower room with toilet. We’ve used this room as a second living room, but put no television there. Feel free to use it as a reading room, play room or place to sit and relax. Everything is brand-new and modern. The living room features a TV and the back door leads to the outside seating area/patio where you can enjoy the fresh sea breeze. In the front is a small garden where you can relax and soak up the evening sun. Standing at the back door, you can hear the sea and see the horizon of the sea; bliss! The house also has a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. The hidden gem of this property is the field next door, which guests are welcome to enjoy and is a really safe space for children. Just 20 metres away is the old graveyard, the oldest building in the village. From here, you can enjoy the best views in the village. Parking is available on the street, but it's perfectly safe and you can see your car from the window.
