The apartment is a 7-minute walk from the Spa, guided by a path with an extensive grove of centuries-old eucalyptus trees, with the possibility of starting routes and trails through our Sierra de las Nieves National Park from there. You will find shops, leisure venues, pharmacy... 4 min away, the town center is 7 min away. Easy to park in the middle. It is equipped with everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The space The penthouse is on the third floor of the building, it has a private terrace with beautiful views for you to enjoy in any way. Inside is the open concept kitchen, living-dining room, a bathroom, 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds and another with a double bed. The penthouse is very bright as it has windows facing the outside in each of the rooms. South-facing. Guest access Upon entering the building there is a large terrace which is not intended for use by tenants as it belongs to the host's home and his family. However, the apartment has its own terrace with panoramic views. We are located right in front of the Riveros hostel. Other things to note There are hiking trails that start just a 6-minute walk from the apartment. On hot days (although we do not have a private pool) you can enjoy a swim in a large public irrigation pool that is just a 4-minute walk from the house! And a little further on you will also find river pools with a natural flow where you can take more than one dip! Malaga Airport is 45 minutes away by car, Fuengirola 45 minutes, Marbella 35 minutes, Ronda 45 minutes…its wonderful location and much more, makes this destination the desired one.
