This is a great space for anyone traveling to the central coast, whether you're going to the dunes or just in town to enjoy the many beaches and wineries nearby! The home has three bedrooms located upstairs with comfortable beds, high end sheets, and plenty of space to spread out. The primary suite features a smart TV and attached bathroom and one of the guest rooms has an old school Super Nintendo loaded with games! The fully equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to cook dinner while you're in town, or head out to the many nearby restaurants! Free street parking for your toy hauler, plus garage parking. Free wifi, washer and dryer, and plenty of beach toys and amenities are provided! Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, beach amenities, nearby park, and beach access. Other things to note The driveway is an easement. There is another house located behind it, so please don't park in the driveway and block in the neighbor.  The Super Nintendo is already loaded with games, there is no need to bring games.  The large park/playground is located just around the block, but can not be seen from the house. It is an easy walk. To drive down on the beach with your vehicle, a day pass is required (not included with the rental). Walking on the beach is free, and available to everyone.
